Individual Coaching
- “The Night Before Protocol:” Boost your next presentation
from OK to great. When there’s not enough time to desensitize
all the blocks, we put them aside and work intensively
to bring your upcoming performance (presentation, review,
etc) to the highest possible level for now.
- Coaching for Present and Future Peak Performance: Diminish blocks,
end years of avoiding the spotlight, and overcome panic
that has immobilized you in the past. This process can
change the way you function on a day to day basis, as
well as in “performance situations.” We will work in
person diminishing blocks, transforming negative beliefs,
and preparing you to “knock their socks off.” We will
keep the process moving with “brain training” homework,
telephone check-ins, and e-mails. As they experience
themselves changing, clients find the coaching process
increasingly compelling and exciting.
Group Coaching
- Learn
the basics in group format. An economical and time-limited
process, group training introduces the basic concepts
of the program, learning about “paradigm shifting” *
and training in the vital “take home techniques.” Some
participants may find that they need very little additional
individual coaching after completing a group. Companies
may want to offer this service to employees to improve
work performance.
Workshops and Lectures
- Introductory talks on the Peak Performance Coaching model for prospective
clients, businesses, and institutions.
- One-hour Lectures on Peak Performance topics for employees, students,
performers, and other groups.
- Workshops
on specific topics, such as tips for speaking in public,
test taking, self-consciousness / self-confidence, perfectionism.
Includes demonstration and practice of techniques.
Creativity Enhancement and Theater Coaching
- Initiate and maintain a continuous flow of creative images, ideas, and thoughts in your desired area of accomplishment.
- Theater Coaching: instead of desensitization with EMDR*, this
technique “reverses” the process, helping actors, directors
and playwrights to intensify their connection to the
characters and the world of the film or the play. The
process moves through questions and suggestions, while
participants process their responses on a deep level
— inhabiting the life of their character and the fictional
world, achieving deeper connections to both. (This work
enhances, but does not compete with the work of the
acting coach or director.)
